I need to warn everyone before they click ‘purchase.’ My recent online shopping experience with this store was catastrophic, and I’m sharing this to save you time and money. When the package finally arrived, I was shocked. Honestly, really, REALLY terrible quality clothing. Material looks much better online than in person, sizing is way off, and I really don’t even think they measure their clothing to fit any human body. Everything is just bad. When you loved this informative article and you would want to receive details relating to anchor assure visit the site. You’re better off saving the money and shopping at Pretty Girl or PLT. The prices here are way too high for what they provide. To make matters worse, they have a strict 2-week return policy. I left the country for 2 weeks (got my order on the day of my departing flight), so I couldn’t even return my order when I got back! Personally, I’d say STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! I felt completely ripped off and needed to contact customer service immediately to see if any exception could be made for the unusable items. Customer: I received my order two weeks ago, but due to your extremely short 14-day return window and being out of the country, I missed the deadline. The items are completely unwearable—the sizing is way off and the quality is atrocious. CS Rep: I understand how frustrating that situation is, especially missing the return window because of necessary travel. I sincerely apologize that the clothing quality did not meet your expectations upon arrival. Customer: Well, since the clothes don’t fit any human body, as far as I can tell, and the material is awful, what can you actually do? I paid far too much for items that are essentially trash. Can you authorize a late return given the circumstances of the policy window being based on my departure flight? CS Rep: Our 14-day policy is firm, but given that you contacted us immediately upon your return, let me review your specific order. While I cannot promise a full refund past the stated deadline, I can offer you store credit for 50% of the cost of the unworn items, or a 25% discount on a future order. Customer: Store credit isn’t ideal since I’m deeply skeptical of ordering again, but 50% back is better than receiving nothing for clothes I cannot use. Please proceed with the store credit option. CS Rep: I appreciate you giving us a chance to resolve this. I will process the 50% store credit immediately, and you should receive confirmation via email within the next hour. Thank you for providing us with this feedback regarding our sizing and quality control. The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
